4) If the caller claims to represent your bank, then you will want to contact the bank immediately. Your bank will surely already have your credit card information. If they can’t keep track of it internally, then you may wish to find a new bank!

Don’t keep them plugged in all the time. If you unplugged those gadgets, even for a day, you will realize a huge savings on your electric bill.

In closing it appears that in America at least the benefits and need for Omega 3s (derived from fish) are real and needed with supported evidence from top researchers and other countries, however each individual is different and thus one should consult their doctor before taking fish oil supplements or dramatically altering their diet.
